I was testing a Firemonkey application, when I run on my MacBook Pro the application runs very slowly, but when I run the same application on iMac runs normally, any idea?

  1. GPU and/or processor differences between the two computers?  Also, on my own 2009 MBP (OSX 10.6.8), the Energy Saver settings allow you to switch the graphics between high and low performance to save on battery power.  So, maybe that is a place to look as well?

  3. No GPU info though.  Perhaps it is a difference in the graphics capabilities?  I'm not using FM, so just throwing out some possibilities.  Sorry that I don't have anything more definitive.

  6. The problem was the form still in memory, I just release it "UsrLogin.Free" and works fine, using 3D Effects :)
