Google just launched Google+ Sign-In
An OAuth 2.0 based single sign-on mechanism.

Anyone get an itch to do a Delphi version? ;)

Edit: More interesting stuff related to Google+ Sign-In - It's part of Google Play!

I'm excited about our launch of Google+ Sign-In. Now you can safely and securely sign in to an increasing number of your favorite applications and websites with just your Google+ password.

Of course there are lots of benefits for publishers and developers - but most of all - it's designed for you and how you share. Selectively. Different things to different circles. Nuanced. Like in real life.

  1. When the product is free, you are the product. ;)

  2. Of course, Kevin Powick - but overall, Google's services make my day a LOT more pleasant, and in contrast to the other wannabe single sign-on provider, who's face I shall not mention - I have very few reservations about being Google's product.

  3. I've tapped in to oauth 2.0 for a client. There was one project I found but it vas too convoluted. I did a simple thing based on indy, using only the http component together with henris dcef. Sorry on the phone now, I'll get back on this. Interesting and important stuff...

I wonder... does this mean that you eventually could be able sell an access like a subscription through Google Play?
