Just to point out some blog posts of interest about the ARC memory model, weak pointers and how it works, even before Delphi XE4 on iOS.
Note that IMHO zeroing weak pointers may not be there. And I wonder about performance issues (if it XE4 implementation was not enhanced in regard to what was already present in XE3 RTL for handling weak references).
