Guess what - ios not included in the pro edition - extra $499 or have to buy more expensive edition.

Is the rest of it any change on XE3?

    also watched the webinar, it seems there's only the bug corrections and the language mods to adapt to mobile, but they mentioned short product cycle, that's probably XE5 with android on the horizon.

    Are you sure that if you purchase the professional edition you don´t have ios include ? Bad news..... I think that firedac is not include.

    What is the difference between delphi xe2 / xe3  with xe4 ?

    Money and more money ..... it´s a pity.

    Major differences!  1) The file sizes grow larger between versions.  Yay!  Everyone loves larger executable files.  2) Bugs have been fixed... even though they should have been fixed in a free update since we do pay for 1 year maintenance plans.

    Lots of these fixes are relatd to generics.
    It is interesting to have a look at the list and see what has been fixed which could affect (in to good sense) your own coding.

    Prism removed but Prism still available from it's original editor (It wasn't an Embarcadero product anyway) and it is still very active. So buy the update from Remobjects instead of Embarcadero. not a big deal.

    If you are on SA, then you will receive Prism. On the long term, you have to switch to Remobjects updates. Please read this:

    François Piette My SA (RAD studio Pro) cost cca $720,-. In your linked post is written "Once your current SA expires, renewing it will not include renewed access to Oxygene, but you can use the link above at any time to renew to the full Oxygene package from us. (Note that the current renewal price of $349 is a special offer and will increase slightly once “Nougat” ships next month.)" So - which will be the "normal" renewal price? Do you think, that SA for RAD studion for the next year will be lower by (at least) $349 for missing Prism?
