New technology? are you kidding me? in the last 20 years I have seen the same stuff over and over, just with new skins and some "new features" just to be able to put "2.0+" on everything :)

Heinz Toskano thank you for your suggestion. I tried SAPI in the past but Windows recognition doesn't work very well (at least in my language) and Nuance Dragon Dictation ActiveX needs a quite expensive license. I even tried to use google voice service but the online interaction is rather slow. That's why I was looking for the android offline one or the one embedded in chrome.
