- Removed KBM_MAX_FIELDS (256) limitation. Now any number of fields are automatically supported.
- Fixed simple but serious STDDEV calculation bug.
- Fixed * (wildcard) bug in SQL.
- Improved Extract method to respect filters and ignore null field
options.
