    I want the tabs to stop ignoring Windows colors.  I would like to turn on the High Contrast mode in windows and have the IDE look sane and readable.  Am I crazy?  I think it's stupid that the tabs have a fixed annoying gradient.

    Brett Wilton Adding a new feature adds a new item to the feature matrix, while fixes largely doesn't. FMX takes much longer to fix than to add that particular feature.

    Nicholas Ring (Global) Color customization would be mandatory, but I wouldn't see overrides on project level.


    The question is what the user is trying to achieve by that feature. Even with a single char as filename and super zoom (DDevEx) the amount of visible tabs is limited and the order of the tabs doesn't change randomly. However even if you would faster see the tab it still requires the mouse or CTRL [+ SHIFT] + TAB to select it.

    I rather see global bookmarks or extra bookmarks for files.
