David Intersimone 's   "Delphi Innovations from Delphi 1 through Delphi XE5" - to be found at slideshare  - raised one question: On page 4 it says: "Wild-card in uses statement"

This sounds very interesting. But where can I find an explanation how this is actually done? The EMB wiki and the manuals don't have an explanation for this and searching in Google leads in most cases to these slides.
