Hotfix 1 for RAD Studio, Delphi, C++Builder XE6 available from http://cc.embarcadero.com/Item/29847

This hotfix addresses the following issues:
1) IME issue under iOS
2) Missing header files: System.Tether.Consts.hpp and DBXTestResStrs.hpp
3) Missing Release versions REST related lib files
4) Replaces two VCL themes source file

    There is an update in the permissions, so this now should work for all XE6 developers.

    Yes, doing the web instal took just under 6 hours. I don't have a Blue-Ray Drive on my system so I can't make a disk. I did take a couple of hours to download the ISO and attach it as an external drive on my VM, then the install only took about an hour. Any way you look at it, it's not a quick install.
