Doesn't matter as long as some computer with his IP has an SMTP server running! :p
ReplyDeleteHey, at least it was documented! :-|
ReplyDeleteI hardcoded an UNC path to my computer today :p But in my defense that was only because the code to get the settings was not there yet and I wanted to test the rest ;)
ReplyDeleteAnd oh, the IP address is dead. ;-)
ReplyDeleteStefan Glienke Uh huh, that's what Mitch said, too. ;)
ReplyDeleteBill Meyer Hehe ;) But in my case it will not take three years to find it because QA network cannot reach my computer.
ReplyDeleteHm, some days ago i also hardcoded the computername of my vm which is running a smtp server^^
ReplyDeleteBut with {$IFDEF Debug} and that code was deleted as i implemented a function whose loads a config from xml :P
But if someone use the git history, he could find my xp vm^^
