IMO, an awesome replacement for the aging QC.

I see all my "issues" were removed? That's one way of fixing bugs :(
ReplyDeleteNot exactly a replacement. The old QC issues are not in JIRA (hopefully yet).
ReplyDeleteIs this still separate from the internal bug tracker?
ReplyDeleteMike Versteeg They haven't ported the QC issues into it. QC issues will still be copied into the internal tracker until they make QC read only, from what I understood.
ReplyDeleteAsbjørn Heid Internal bug tracker is also JIRA but is kept separate from public one. Hopefully, there will be less discrepancies between those two, than it was between QC and internal one.
ReplyDeleteDalija Prasnikar Yeah, understandable that they keep it separate, these applications do have bugs now and then. But yeah should hopefully be much easier to keep them in sync. We've got a few of our own JIRA plugins, pretty easy to write so... crosses fingers
ReplyDeleteHas there been an announcement yet as to transition timing from QC to JIRA ? I had assumed it was mainly being used by Appmethod users. Should it be used over QC ? Just noticed Marco commented on another thread about it being rolled out, no timing as yet.
