You just described why technical debt gets you in scenario 1 (the doomed one).
ReplyDeleteThe fun is that if you and your team get rid of technical debt, you soon get towards scenario 2 (the happy one).
To keep the bean counters happy: scenario 1 is a lot cheaper than scenario 1.
