Small IDE Fix Pack 5.71 update for Delphi 2009 and 2010.
The EditorLineBreak.ttr patch was improved. It now not only prevents the IDE from loading the file but also deletes/renames an existing file what comes in handy if something went wrong where IDE Fix Pack coudn't be loaded and you had to reboot or rename the file by hand.
