Would somebody with XE7 please let me know whether this problem still exists there?

Basically boils down to hints not being generated in 64-bit debug builds while they are generated in 64-bit release builds.

I found the problem in XE2 and checked in XE6 (it's still there), but don't have XE7 available ...
