Uninstalled XE7
Mounted the ISO 
Ran install_RADStudio.exe as Administrator
clicked on Install XE7 and/or C++ Builder XE7
...Nothing happens
clicked on Install XE7 and/or C++ Builder XE7
...Nothing happens
clicked violently on Install XE7 and/or C++ Builder XE7
...Nothing happens
clicked violently while swearing on Install XE7 and/or C++ Builder XE7
...Nothing happens

Any ideas?

    Same happened for me. It turns out the ISO download was incomplete (i.e. corrupted). Check the byte count - it should be 5.5 Gb.

    I stopped using the ISO many releases ago. The web installer hasn't failed me yet.  But - if your dev machines are not online, I see the problem.

    I usually use the web installer but couldn't see that option on the downloads - or could I use the original XE7 web install app?

    worked for me (slow internet too), using IE download (more reliable for me)...one thing is after running the installer, the language selection window was behind it...at first I thought the installer had locked up...
