I have changed my EDN email address, but I am still receiving some emails from Embarcadero to the old one.

I have changed my EDN email address, but I am still receiving some emails from Embarcadero to the old one.

http://www.embarcadero.com/support only offers assistance with product installation and registration, as well as product support, but lacks support for EDN account issues.

What would be proper contact to resolve this issue?

  1. Go with the one that makes more sense... In the end, I don't think it matters all that much - it is there to get a rough indication what the issue is. Get the wrong one, it might take a bit longer to get sorted while it gets redirected to the right person.

    My 2c worth :)

  2. Marco Cantù This is place where I have changed emails and new email is there.

I am receiving QP, forums and new community notifications to correct, new email, but the rest is still coming to the old one.

Do you have any other suggestions or should I just use http://www.embarcadero.com/support and file "installation" support case.

  3. If you disabled the old address, you should not get more info. I know there is also a way to "merge" accounts, maybe that could work out. But makes sense to reach support...

  4. Marco Cantù Thanks, I will try with web support...

BTW, I only have one account and I am not loging in with email address.

  5. Marco Cantù Just small progress update.
I contacted support and apparently my account looks good and only my new email address is there.

It looks like address change has not been properly promoted to your marketing mail databases. This is something you may want to investigate, because if that process is broken I am not going to be the only one affected.
