Happy Delphi coding year to all!

How would be 2015 like for our little rodents?
Due to popular request of several users of mORMot, we identified and designed some feature requests dedicated to BigData process.

  1. Regarding: http://synopse.info/fossil/tktview?name=d71391c2e7
Is there any concern with WiredTiger now that it has been acquired by MongoDB?  It seems the team's mandate is to improve MongoDB.

  2. Kevin Powick Indeed.
As far as the WiredTiger license states, the engine is GPL - not even LGPL!
Most of its source code is released under the Apache license (from the headers), but sounds like if they are forcing a viral license for any use.
Since I looked only at the sources, not the license terms, I have been somewhat fooled.
To use WiredTiger, we would need to use MongoDB - which is already natively supported by mORMot.
A direct inclusion within mORMot is possible, if the whole resulting executable becomes GPL - as mORMot allows. But it definitively reduce the audience of this feature request.
Thanks a lot for pointing it out!
