Most of the functionality contained in Systools is already available in XE7. To my knowledge ther is no newer version of Systolls working for XE7. I never found a need to port Systools to any newer version of Delphi as using the available functionality in Delphi was much easier. I suggest you do a decent port of your code to XE7 and get rid of Systools.
My existing system written in Delphi 7 uses SysTool.
