    Hi Nancy, may I suggest you to make the installer for the cloud pack remember my license key stored in the system, each time I upgrade I need to enter the key and it's not a good user experience. DevExpress has done that for their installer a very long time ago :)

    We do actually persist reg. email & code in the registry for reuse when you run the installer later. Not sure why it isn't working for you. You changed Windows user account?
