    I did some testing with this today, certainly not exhaustive, but so far so good. I grepped the FinalBuilder source for uses of StringReplace to find some real world test cases.. so far everything I have tried has worked.. I will keep adding some more tests, if anyone can think of any test scenarios then let me know.

    There are lots of places in FinalBuilder where we do text manipulation etc. I've been playing with it (patched strreplace to test) and I'm seeing slighly improved project load times in FinalBuilder when loading older version project files (where we have to massage the files int othe correct format during the load). Every little bit helps!
