Anyone here bought a license recharge for Delphi XE7?

Anyone here bought a license recharge for Delphi XE7?
If so, any options from Embarcadero to recharge again to XE8?
It seems they killed this option.

    We're waiting for answer from our reseller to get an subscription for our XE7 buyed in End November 2014 ... We will not update to XE8 or XE9 if we don't get an subscription for XE7

    For me and my case they were very helpful (recharge and/or migration plan and so on).
    Also they answered of all my questions and for some of the problems - they resolved them in a better way than I imagined.

    I've just gone through this process here in the UK.

    The reseller we used said that I needed an upgrade + subscription. I asked about the recharge option that was listed on their website. He replied that he wasn't sure whether that was a valid upgrade path. This would have been significantly cheaper.

    The EMBA sales guy in London yesterday said the recharge option was valid IF I'd recharged XE6 to XE7. So it's probably worth contacting your local Embarcadero sales bunch to verify.
