I am a bit surprised that this hasn't been posted... Nick Hodges has done a blog about "You are going to pay for bug fixes. And you’re going to like it." There has been replies to it in the Emb forums (https://forums.embarcadero.com/thread.jspa?messageID=697208&tstart=0#697208) and other people have blogged replies "A Response to Nik Hodges - You will pay for bugs and like it!" I think Nick Hodges has raise an interesting points, some I disagree with, as I don't like it - putting up with it doesn't mean I like it - and there are other points from the feedback which I do agree with.

It is a mixed bag...
