After looking at the whois record I guess that would be Olivier Sannier ?

    I think the project was abandoned. The JWAPI project also hasn't been updated for ages.

    I have been using JWAPI  latelly, and there are some interfaces that needs updates, would be great if this project is moved to github too and get some care.

    Yes it needs updating for newer OS's otherwise its fine I guess.

    The source forge page is not the epicentre anymore. It really should say "JVCL and JCL live at Github now".
