HI one of the good things about programming: when you get something to work... like an 8 channel 1 wire relay :). Could be used for home automation..could control it via a phone app (using tethering) :)
I will try looking at the demo's etc that are available to see if they can do what I am needing, I do seem to recall that push technology is a 2 way street :)
just an update: I got remote control of the relay switches working via a mobile app :) ( I used a TMS component that uses a small database on dropbox...dropbox is a free to use web service api :))
Why? Unix server side thing that you can steer from any app over REST or SOAP... (;
