HTML Library updated - added RAD Studio XE10 Seattle support.
(also added support for Delphi 5, so now all Delphi versions from 5 to XE10 are supported).

Registered users can download updated version from the same location.
XE10 trial is also availabe.

Please note that htmlutils unit was renamed to htutils to avoid conflict with Getit IDE package.
