Hey peeps!
Hey peeps!
Our own Dalija Prasnikar 's son is going to become rich and famous by being a Sci-Fi writer.
Let's give him a boost by feed-backing his first book/
I am sure Dalija Prasnikar will be more than happy to put out links per-country for the kindle.
And be nice: you can download the kindle reading app for PCs too, so no excuses!
Come on people!
Go Neven!

Lars Fosdal is going to throw us out ;-)
ReplyDeleteAndrea Raimondi flagged it as off topic so it's all ok :-)
ReplyDeleteI don't think so! This is for a good cause :D And anyway I am at least as big as him :D
ReplyDeleteBut since we are here... links are in order...
ReplyDeleteMain book page with link to Amazon (US)
http://www.dalolorn.com/starclusters/
It is currently having two day free promotion so it is FREE
I'll have to dig up links on other Amazon sites, but you can also search for Star Clusters: New Arrivals
"We are Borg. You will be assimilated."
ReplyDeleteLars Fosdal It is common knowledge that Borg are from Sweden ;-)
ReplyDeleteAU
ReplyDeletehttp://www.amazon.com.au/Star-Clusters-Arrivals-universe-alleviate-ebook/dp/B015JB7FUM
Hi everyone, I wrote this book and I hope you'll enjoy reading it. Have fun! :)
ReplyDeleteAnyway, the links above are accurate, but in general any Amazon domain will do the trick; just add "dp/B015JB7FUM" to the link.
Impossible to buy in Norway as the kindle stores seems to be strictly local? Amazon.com allowed me to buy it for the cloud reader.
ReplyDeleteLars Fosdal I got my copy through US store. That one should cover all that don't have localized stores.
ReplyDeleteBuy? The only option I get is the "kindle price" of 0 euros. (Amazon.de). I'll try it when I'm back home.
ReplyDeleteBecoming rich and famous by writing science fiction? That's even less likely than becoming rich and famous by being a Delphi programmer. ;-)
ReplyDeleteYet, both things happen from time to time :)
ReplyDeleteThomas Mueller don't be a spoil-sport. He's 18, plenty of time to hone his craft. He's already published a book, which is no mean feat. He has got plenty of time, be an optimist! :)
ReplyDeleteThomas Mueller Yep! Buy at 0 EUR = Free :)
ReplyDeleteI LOVE Sf!!! Just finish Hamiltons latest. Have some Stross (yeah) in the pipeline. Lovely!
ReplyDeleteDo not ignore Ann Leckie! Another rising star to watch is Robinson (Kim Stanley) and whatever you doo, follow the elite authors into history. Stephensson and Donaldson (and Robinson) did some amazing work in the recent decade.
ReplyDeleteOh, note to all! If you do read and like the book, please post a review at Amazon!
ReplyDeleteOn the other hand, if you don't like it... err... keep it for yourself! ;-)
BTW, Delphi Developers rock! You helped us push the book to Amazon Bestseller rank Top 100 worldwide and Top 10 Australia!!!!!
ReplyDeleteYou really had to read more??
Okay, that's for Space Opera category freebie only but... who cares... right? ;)
Just bought it for the amazing price of $0. It'll be a few days before I start it, but the summary sounds good - space opera archeology and adventure. Hard to get better than that. (I'm a big fan of the archeology in space genre - eg Jack McDevitt's Alex Benedict series.)
ReplyDeleteI hope there are mysteries and amazing ancient races and strange technology and battles and adventures and explorations of spooky unknown places with the backdrop of vast, amazing space, full of strange objects and black holes and neutron stars and science and alien technology.
Just to make sure my comments don't get misinterpreted: I'm a big fan of science fiction and I'll certainly read this book and recommend it if I like it. Publishing a book at 18? Not bad. I had also written a book when I was 18 (not sure, might have been earlier) but realized that it wasn't any good. But back then self publishing was prohibitively expensive, so there wasn't much of a risk of anybody else having to read it.
ReplyDeleteDavid Millington You aren't asking for much, are you ;)
ReplyDeleteDavid Millington More action than archaeology :)
ReplyDeleteWTF? It's now 0.99 Euros on amazon.de ?!
ReplyDeleteIt was on a two day promotion I think. Many titles take advantage of this I think.
ReplyDeleteThomas Mueller It was free for limited time (two day promotion). I mentioned that, but you must have missed it or misunderstood. Sorry.
ReplyDeleteAw-chucks. Too l8?
