I am running Seattle Ent.  on Windows 10 Pro.  I have an Intel Core i7 and 16 GB Ram.  The IDE "blinks" about every minute.  All the toolbar icons go away for about 4 seconds and the IDE is totally non-responsive. It is more than annoying.
Is anyone else experiencing this?

    Springer Rider try to change monitor resolution while Delphi IDE in background. And see if it's the same effect. I see this every day when I resume VM from sleep and I go full screen.

    This usually happens when I interact with Metro-interface - the taskbar, Start menu...
