Hello guys
Hello guys,
I would love to see Profile Tools coupled to RAD Studio in a future release for desktop and mobile platforms :D, tracking memory allocations, memory snapshots, memory and resource leaks, the time spent by each method, and some others nice tools for profiling :D
It is not a raging question, just a desire.

The last time we had something like this integrated into the IDE it was a major pita and source of all kinds of AVs (*cough* AQTime IDE plugin *cough*)
ReplyDeleteNasty cough there Stefan Glienke - Goes quite well with that nasty plugin ;-)
ReplyDeleteHaving had my fun with Stefan Glienke, I sort of agree but only via GetIt.
ReplyDeleteWhy on via GetIt? so the user has to be conscious of adding it in to the IDE ecosystem and not have it installed automatically, like AQTime was
NexusDB Quality Suite is another very good profiling tool
ReplyDeleteDavid Berneda It is but the lack of integration into the IDE makes any good profiling tool not as good as it could be.
ReplyDeleteIf you have used the diagnostics tools in VS you know what I am talking about.
