Just updated the free open source BMThread C++ Builder components to support 10 Seattle:

The component set allows you to easily add threads to your C++ Builder application, by simply dropping a thread component. The component also will generate the basic synchronization code for you.
The pack also includes a thread progress update component that can be used to monitor and update the progress of different threads.
