Hi All,
I have converted my code from Delphi 2007 to XE8. There was i used TDatabase component which is under BDE, and my programs builds correctly in XE8 but when i i am going to change something in my form where i used that component it gives error.
Hence i try to install its package again but getting below error.

Package C:\Program Files (x86)\Embarcadero\Studio\16.0\bin\bdertl220.bpl can't be installed because it is not a design time package.

Could anyone face such issue, If then please help me to resolve this.
