    Reminds me of the attempt to write a Fidonet specific compressor, that also worked with a hard coded dictionary of common strings used in Fidonet messages. It never got finished before Fidonet dwindled into nonexistence.

    Couldn't find any pages in languages different from Italian, but we had what was called "Italian Crackdown" or "Fidobust" :)
    Great times... :D
