Just a shout out to Vincent Parrett at FinalBuilder for customizing some license files for me. It was certainly not expected to tweak a new purchase on a Sunday, but surely appreciated! I purchased 6 more licenses for other devs under my account and he individualized them for me after the fact. Amazing service. BUY FINALBUILDER.

ReplyDeleteI believe that FinalBuilder is a great product from what I heard about it, but it's really too expensive. Actually my batch files already do what I needed to automate the tasks - retrieving SVN rev #, calling Delphi to build a program, calling Inno Setup to make the installer, calling PSFTP.EXE to upload, calling sigcheck.exe to validate an uploaded/downloaded file, etc. Maybe just because my requirements are relatively simple :)
