Hello,
Can someone check the page "My registered products" and/or "My registered user downloads"?
I have an active subscription but in my account missing the information about "Delphi 10.1 Berlin". Also - can't download the installer.
Is this an update in the site or it is only for me?
(Issue/bug and so on?)

  2. Did you install and activate XE8 or D10 before? If not, IIRC it won't show up.

    History of the case:
    1. XE8:  was installed after the release, it is activated and used correctly;
    2. XE10:  also was installed, activated and used correctly after the release date;
    3. The migration from XE8 to XE10 Seattle - was successfully finished;
    4. So I uninstall XE8;
    5. Installation of XE 10.1 Berlin via web installer - successfully (with a little ActiveX bug which is already solved)(without questions about my serial number and so on);
    6. Information about xe10.1 in the edn.embarcadero (my registered pages) still exist;
    7. Installation of XE10.1 from the ISO file (other PC) - without problems (and without questions about my serial number and so on);
    8. On the both PC - XE10 Seattle still in use (XE8 is uninstalled);
    9. On the PC where I used the web installer:
     - This product is licensed to: (missing info about me);
     - Product License Status: Registered;
     - all information in the License Manager looks correct;
    10. On the PC where I used the ISO installer:
     - This product is licensed to: Dobrin (I am);
     - Product License Status: Registered;
     - all information in the License Manager looks correct;
    11. Yesterday I wanted to install the newest IDE on my laptop:
     - "My registered user downloads" - no web or ISO installer for Delphi 10.1 Berlin;
     - check the situation on "My registered products" - 10.1 Berlin missing record;
    12. An issue for installation/registration of the product was created yesterday by me on the support page - after your answers;

    Now I have a bad feeling about my usage of the web installer :(
    Still no answer from the support team.

  4. I had a canning plan to save time and install Berlin over weekend.
    Saturday - downloading iso. After 4 hours unknown network error. Another attempt, download started from scratch. Late in the evening trying to install and get install limit for this serial has been reached. Going to support page and decide to chat, thinking this is the fastest way to sort it out. No one is there but my message received. By the way in registered products I have got two Berlin serials instead of one.
    Sunday - waiting
    Monday - waiting, but one of Berlin serials disappeared from registered products.
    Tuesday - waiting
    Wednesday - waiting but failed the issue via support form.
    Thursday - so far waiting.

    Not complaining but Embarcadero should automatically increase install limit for each release and update.

  5. Another point is slow downloads. It would be much easier save the iso to my Dropbox and then download it at good speed.
    Even better solution is to give Embarcadero my Dropbox address so that all related to my account downloads were posted there immediately after they are become available.

  6. Vadim Z I downloaded the .ISO, and it went as fast as my 100Mbit/s connection could go.
