Can't see it anywhere on EDN registered downloads or on EMB website. Anyone got a clue ??

  1. Probably time to pony up! Or wait until they start giving it away with another offer.

  2. Tony Danby You need to contact the Sales staff to see whether you can be grandfathered into the subscription mode otherwise you are stuck using it only on Seattle.

  3. Even with subscription you currently won't get a version for Berlin. Still waiting for the maintenance email. Meanwhile I just tweaked the sources and compiled by myself.
The bigger issue is the lack of a full CodeSite version for Berlin. As it is also owned by Embarcadero now, I expected to get access to it with the Berlin launch.

  5. Tony Danby I would speak to the Sales staff I did that during an upgrade and received a pretty good discount. Uwe Raabe I agree with you about Codesite and the controls, it seems it was purchased from Ray but it seems EMB has no idea what to do with the products. They should be part of the Enterprise package and not as separate add-ons. I did rant at the contacts I had that Berlin Maintenance emails came days after it was released on the EDN.

  6. Richard Baroniunas Actually I am on the subscription model, have been since Seattle, so should I have received an email ? Maybe it's time to call some people at EMB I know !

  7. Tony Danby If you are on the subscription model then you should have seen the maintenance email, i would definitely register a complaint.

  9. I didn't install Berlin yet, I'm still waiting for a few third party items, so I didin't check it just yet if the link I got from Embarcadero Brazillian tech support is for the CodeSite Full, but I think it is since it would make no sense otherwise. It's basically the same download path I got for Seattle when I subscribed, the only difference being 10.1 instead of 10. I also never got a maintenance email.

  10. Attila Kovacs Yes, there is no such thing as free, so that said it was expensive !!

  11. This is one of the reasons I dislike Embarcadero buying the 3rd party market piece by piece.

  12. If not only were that chance of that 3rd party tool simply vanish instead. For open source perhaps a maintainer may be found. This is most unlikely for closed source.

  13. Resolved, ended up calling someone at Embarcadero and chatting about it. Looks like my name wasn't on the list ;-)

  14. Tony Danby So you weren't invited to the party?
