  2. Why do you guys continue to treat your existing customers as "prospects" from a marketing standpoint? Can't you just publish a recording of one of these to a place we can login already (or just some publicly accessible location) so we can watch when we want, instead of forcing everybody to opt-in to your list and attend them live? I like want to watch things like this when it's convenient and I've got some downtime. (That's what I love about the CodeRage replays -- we can watch them whenever we want.)

  4. David Schwartz Knowing which of the customers are interested in a given technology is part of basic marketing activities. Anyway, most recordings end up publicly on YouTube anyway. The fact we don't have integrated tracking for webinars is not great, but honestly filling it a form with name and email doesn't sound such an annoyance to me.
