Need to narrow down the circumstances further, but does this look familiar to anyone?

Especially since the stack-trace below only includes default modules.

Narrowing down:
- out-of-the-box stuff (Castalia 2015.1, CodeSite Express 5.1.8) active.
- GExperts 1.38, ModelMaker 12.1, AQtime 8.50 installed

Next check:
- Does it happen even when the last closed down Delphi instance had no projects open
