    I modified it to use Graphics32, and now drawing the shadow is much much faster, but I did it thinking that it would fix the ugly resize flickering.
    However, I ignored that the flickering was caused by resizing the borderless form and it has nothing to do with the shadow form.

    BTW, Delphi's custom themes for applications can use this shadow form, since they don't have.
