Is there a tool that reads one .dpr file and copies all units listed in that file to a second .dpr file?

Is there a tool that reads one .dpr file and copies all units listed in that file to a second .dpr file?

syncunits project1.dpr project2.dpr

Bonus points if it also updates the .dproj files.

I'm getting tired of doing that by hand (with the help of BeyondCompare) for all GExperts versions and somehow I doubt that I am the first one who had this problem.
