Tony Danby TMS does have the cloud pack indeed but the Twilio component and others is just for texts. For the time being, because of time restrictions, they are not planning any VOIP development (I checked with them)
Alberto Paganini well, the code use a lot of binary string, so you have to change all this into RawByteString or replace all this sweet code with TBytes or TStream :)
I think tms software do a cloud pack component that has an implementation of twillio as well as others
