What do you think is the greatest Delphi freeware/open source plugin/framework of all time?

  1. I would have listed others, but apparently you can only have five entries.

  2. I assume you mean VirtualTreeView/VirtualStringTree?

  3. GExperts, CNWizards (www.cnpack.org), JCL/JVCL and Parnassus Bookmark and Navigator by David Millington

  4. I use all 4 of those...and would have a hard time picking one...I would also nominate Virtual Tree and Spring4D.

  5. Where's the "All of the above" option?

  6. Visual - Virtual Tree View

Non-visual.... Maybe mORMot , because of both complexity and consistency

  7. very hard to choose only one, when you have great ones like CNWizard, GExpert, FastMM, ZeosLib, JCL/JVCL, Graphics32, Synapse and a very very long etc!

  8. FastMM. Otherwise we would sit on the 15 times slower and buggy BorlandMM.

  9. There are so many plugins I would not work without: GExperts, IDEFixPack, DDevExtensions, FastMM, Parnassus Navigator (oh sorry, not free), Parnassus Bookmarks.
And for the libraries/framework: JCL/JVCL, ZeosLib, VirtualStringTree, Synopse PDF, SynEdit. All are really great! If only the JEDI API Library (JwApi) would get back to life...

  10. Spring4d, DelphiMVC, gexperts, IDE fix pack

  11. Ok, i guess IDE fix pack is essential, bc without it, I would probably lost a joy for Delphi ;)

  12. I think David Heffernan counts as freeware.

  13. Too many good candidates to choose only one.

  14. IDEFixPack - without it, Delphi would be unusable

  15. mmXplorer & CnWizards. Tough, like asking which is more important water or the bottle it comes in...

  16. CNWizards(cnpack) and VirtualTreeview
