Jeroen Wiert Pluimers Agreed. It's a huge step backwards in many different ways to take a system that's viewable by the public and replace it with one that you have to log in to even read anything.
What were the folks at EMBT thinking?!? And why have they still not fixed it?
Yes, it about time. At least you can use the "Save to File" button and submit the stack trace to QP, after manually entering a report.
ReplyDeleteAt least QC is indexed by Google...
ReplyDeleteJeroen Wiert Pluimers That's a good point, as Jira search is, well, not brilliant.
ReplyDeleteLars Fosdal not as un-brilliant as TFS search though (;

Lars Fosdal Jeroen Wiert Pluimers Jira search is brilliant ... if properly configured you can find everything including content in attachments.
ReplyDeleteStefan Glienke as brilliant as Google search?
ReplyDeleteDoes Google search include the files attached to QC? No, it does not. Do I have to say more?
ReplyDeleteStefan Glienke - Good points.
ReplyDeleteI guess we are spoiled by Google's natural language queries vs the SQL queries of Jira.
