Stefan Grube Thanks for posting the links, trying them out now. The first link ran the uninstaller then installed something and now IDE wont start. Now downloading ISO and do a full install to see if that works :(
Martin Sedgewick I used the ISO/setup.exe on two installations of Berlin RTM and the original installation was updated, not even deinstalled before. I haven't used the ESD executable.
Same issue with the full install. loading assembly borland.studio.vcl.design.refactoring.dll then crashes. I will revert to release Berlin and wait to see if anyone else gets this. Perhaps something is not installed correctly.
