Is it a bug or a feature ?

When a ActionList state is asSuspended, any change on the Action items do not affect the associated components (like Enabled), and when you switch the ActionList state to asNormal, the state is out of sync.

    IMHO switching back to asNormal should update associated components automatically. I'd call it a bug unless it's documented and the reasoning behind it explained. I couldn't find any such documentation with a quick docwiki search, though.

    I think it's how it's designed. Handle the OnUpdate event of the Action to set the enabled property accordingly
