How long does it take to receive a response from EMB?

Just wanted to check with you how long it takes for the sales people at EMB in UK.

Two days ago I responded to the email with the upgrade offer from Delphi Starter asking a couple of things and haven't heard back from them.

When should I expect to hear from them?

    I am trying to call their UK office but they dont answer the phone. Shall I trust the email and carry on with the purchase? What do you think?
