ReplyDeleteCould you share hardware and software details a bit?
ReplyDeletei'll make an article soon, but with out the project spec beacuse i signed an NDA.
ReplyDeleteso hardware is an IMX6 (arm V8 cpu with 4core and a custom Android Lollipop installation), We did a particular linux (is the base of Android SO) configuration to use the main serial port (ttymxc3) as a free port or a serial consol (you can choose at boot in developer mode). A touch display 10" (1280x800) lvds connected to the board, configured an otg usb for ADB interface and Delphi debugging.

Ivan Revelli Thanks for info, could you point me to the Hardware? if available somewhere?
ReplyDeleteWe will do a custom solution for the end user system, but to try you can buy wand board solution based on imx6. There are a lot of board that you can use, for my personal usage I did a raspberry with Android 6 and it functions well and is very cheap. An Imx6 board cost around 100$ a raspberry 36$
ReplyDeleteIf you wanna some boards like mine I can ask to the company that will made it, but I think it will be more expensive than a commercial product
