Anybody else experiencing this with (At least Seattle to Berlin Update 2)

At some point of coding Debugger kind of starts to think that app is in Release mode (Or code gets compiled in release mode, haven't tested that in any way).

So can't set breakpoints and debugger will not stop ones there already. And usually they seem to seem disabled.

Rebooting IDE will help but is annoying and takes way too much time (IDE startup time should be dropped to fifth of current state it to be acceptable)

Happens to me and my coworker at least, if not every day, few times a week.

  1. This happens to me too. But really very rare times. In my case, this situation solves building the project again (in opposition to compiling again).

But the frecuency for this situation is 1 time every... month, may be?

  2. It happens at times and started as early as Delphi 8. Of course it's not reproducible.

Solution: stop Delphi, delete all the DCU files, start Delphi, build, try again.

  3. Jeroen Wiert Pluimers, you know what that means do you? If it's not reproducible it doesn't exist. (And if it were, it would be a feature.)
