Does anyone have experience using the JCL Exception dialog for Delphi?

Does anyone have experience using the JCL Exception dialog for Delphi?
I have tried several times but it fails with "...cannot find .dfm".
I end up with a .pas file that has TExceptDialog = Class (TTForm). Huh?

    OK, updated the JEDI code. Created the dialog. Click Send and get MAPI failure. No default MapiMail client.
    Went hunting for a solution. Fixed the C++ Redistributeable. Found Google already set as default.

    How to fix this?

    Which Email client? Is that application set as default for handling MAPI?
