I don't know why it is too low-voted: Record management operators - https://quality.embarcadero.com/browse/RSP-14148

The addition of zero-initialization/copying/finalization control for record types would be a wonder for Delphi. Please upvote this and this Feature Request https://quality.embarcadero.com/browse/RSP-12527 to make "managed records" possible :D

    I've no idea what this is about, because my mobile is not logged in on EDN. All I see in the preview is "Log in - Embarcadero Technologies"

    Thomas Mueller That is because Google+ isn't logged in to EDN and it is G+ that shows you the preview :(
