I remember having a similar issue with the Delphi help system displaying a modal window. No chance to click on it. So I suspect the IDE is doing something wrong here. Alas it is nearly impossible to reproduce it in a reliable way.
Jeroen Wiert Pluimers yes, either with MMX Code Explorer or GExperts.
Steps :
- Start RAD Studio - Go to menu GExperts - Select ASCII Chart - Close ASCII Chart dialog - On the taskbar, hover the mouse cursor over the "RAD Studio icon" and display it's thumbnail preview.
Act: RAD Studio 10.1 Berlin is displayed WITH the ASCII Chart Expt: RAD Studio Studio 10.1 Berlin shouldn't bee displayed with additional dialogs boxes.
Workaround : minimize and maximaze the IDE. On the taskbar, hover the mouse cursor over the "RAD Studio icon" and display it's thumbnail preview : no more dialogs are displayed
imho Win10 :-)
ReplyDeleteIt's not at all likely to be a Win10 bug. It will be broken Win32 window ownership from IDE or the plug in.

ReplyDeleteFWIW I can reproduce it, all the time, with Mmx
ReplyDeleteStéphane Wierzbicki do you have steps to reproduce?
