    Use zip files, ZipMaster (not sure about Turbo Abbreiva) allows you to save memory streams to the zip archive directly. The advantage? You'll have human-readable file on the disk, this is very very very important for debugging and troubleshooting.

    You can also use TFDMemTable with TBlobFields.
